• AI-powered voice agent interactions for lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and customer follow-up
• Automated follow-up sequences and pipeline management
• CRM management powered by GoHighLevel

Services may vary depending on the specific agreement between AI Voice Hub INC and its clients. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, submitting forms, or booking consultations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Not misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the nature of any communication

5. SMS Messaging Terms

AI Voice Hub INC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with users who have provided express written consent to receive text messages. The following terms govern all SMS communications sent by AI Voice Hub INC.

Types of Messages

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from AI Voice Hub INC, you may receive text messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Free consultation scheduling and follow-ups
• Service updates and account notifications
• Onboarding and platform communications
• Operational messages related to your use of our services

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 (214) 888-3171. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message Frequency

You will receive messages based on your account activity and service interactions; frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

You are never required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any product or service from AI Voice Hub INC.

SMS Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services necessary to deliver those messages. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Email & Voicemail Communications

In addition to SMS, AI Voice Hub INC may communicate with you via email and voicemail drops through our GoHighLevel-powered platform. By providing your email address or phone number and agreeing to receive communications, you consent to receive service-related messages through these channels.

7. Voice AI Agents

Our services may include AI-powered voice agents that interact with you by phone for purposes such as consultation scheduling, lead qualification, and customer service. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge the following:

• You may receive calls from AI-powered voice agents on behalf of AI Voice Hub INC
• You will be notified at the start of any interaction when you are speaking with an AI agent
• Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance and service delivery
• You may request to speak with a human representative at any time during an AI interaction
• You may request deletion of your call recordings or transcriptions by contacting us directly

8. Payments & Billing

Access to certain features of AI Voice Hub INC’s platform may require payment of subscription fees or one-time service charges. By subscribing to a paid plan or service, you agree to the following:

• You authorize AI Voice Hub INC to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees
• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until cancelled
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purpose. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or content without express written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software or automation systems
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
• Resell or sublicense access to our platform without written authorization

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by AI Voice Hub INC without restriction or compensation to you.

10. GoHighLevel Platform

AI Voice Hub INC uses GoHighLevel as its underlying CRM, automation, and communications infrastructure. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

• Your contact information, communication history, and related data may be stored and processed within GoHighLevel’s systems
• GoHighLevel acts as a data processor on behalf of AI Voice Hub INC
• Communications including SMS, email, voicemail drops, and appointment scheduling are facilitated through GoHighLevel’s platform
• GoHighLevel’s own terms of service and privacy practices apply to data processed through their systems
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, data incidents, or limitations arising from GoHighLevel’s platform that are beyond our reasonable control

11. Disclaimers & No Guarantee of Results

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Voice Hub INC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

AI Voice Hub INC does not guarantee specific results from the use of our website design, lead capture, booking, SMS, email, voice AI, or automation services. Any statistics, projections, or examples referenced on our website (including “2x More Bookings” or similar claims) are illustrative of potential outcomes and are not guarantees. Actual results will vary based on your industry, location, market conditions, and engagement with the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Voice Hub INC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our services.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services exceed the total amount paid by you to AI Voice Hub INC in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

AI Voice Hub INC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

You may terminate your use of our services at any time by discontinuing access and notifying us in writing at sayedakbar@aivoicehub.site.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
